Systems
School systems are operating in a context of growing child poverty, family instability, and diminishing social safety nets and prevention efforts. Although school districts cannot solve all the ills of society, they do have a moral obligation to ensure that their practices and policies are not perpetuating the larger inequities and social ills that exists. This obligation requires substantive and deep organizational change. Our team can support this work by conducting:
