is a native of Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Davis earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from Eastern Michigan University, his Master of Education degree from Antioch University McGregor and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Evaluation and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville. A married father of two, Charles also holds graduate certificates from institutions including the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University and is a nationally certified Diversity Professional.
